Site Description : Fine sand/mud with well mixed small fragments of shell. Clusters of large unbroken shell of Modiolus which crumbled very easily when picked up. Many Liocarcinus feeding on remains of Cyanea. Many rocks with Ciona & Esperiopsis on all surfaces suggesting constant rolling. Many other sponges present. Very heavily silted.
