Summary of site:

The pothole is entered through a 1m by 2m hole above a 5m shaft that descends on to a steep slope. There are two routes from here. One is a crawl, opening up into a beautifully decorated formation passage that leads to an aven (Rainbow Aven), beyond which is a small chamber. The second leads down the slope into a chamber with a red column and gours.

A climb from here leads into a wet, 10m passage with two avens above.

Returning to the slope, the descent continues under an arch and into a further chamber. At its far end a muddy crawl, 6m long, may link with Pollnaclanawley located almost due south. Draughts in the floor of the large chamber have encouraged digging, descending a further 4m through precarious deposits.
